Price-Hold Guarantee. The offer we quote is the price we pay if your vehicle matches the description you gave us. An offer may change only where an inspection reveals undisclosed damage, a discrepancy, or information that differs from what you told us. You may decline and walk away at any time before payment at no cost.

Selling your vehicle to us

To complete a sale you must:

Be the legal owner of the vehicle, or be authorised to sell it;
Provide valid proof of identity and proof of ownership;
Disclose any finance owing, and any damage or material history of the vehicle;
Provide accurate bank details for payment.

Where finance is owing, we may pay your lender directly to clear the loan and pay you any remaining balance. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Payment and collection

Payment is made by secure bank transfer. Timing of cleared funds may depend on your bank. Free vehicle collection is offered subject to location and availability; collection times are estimates, not guarantees.

Registration and your obligations after sale

Vehicle registration transfer and disposal requirements differ by state and territory. We will assist with the paperwork, but you are responsible for lodging any notice of disposal required in your state and for meeting your own legal obligations as the seller.
